As President and Owner of Chapel Hill Sales & Rentals, Sherry and her staff have worked in many capacities since the conversion of Chapel Hill East from apartments to condominiums in 2004.  Most recently, CHS&R sold a second conversion within the building from 5 commercial units converted to 8 residential units in 2020. The CHS&R staff have vast knowledge of the area, understand all the details and makings of the Homeowners Association, and are able to give expert advice on how to maximize profits when selling a unit.
